"Stayed at a 2 queen bed room. Beds were super comfy, noise level was minimal despite having window facing the street. We had a minor inconveniece our first night with the tub not draining the water, but was kindly resolved early next morning. "

"Bianca, the receptionist was excellent, so nice and sweet and we were upgraded without even asking. She also asked if we wanted the city side or the courtyard view. The best service I’ve had in years she really made our vacation with her helpful suggestions of great restaurants and city activities. We love Bianca. Also the room was very clean and nice. The halls were clean and it was very enjoyable. I also like the that the doors were locked after 10 I felt very secure and safe thank you Belltown."

"Room was dirty, hair on walls, dust everywhere, windows broken and would not stay open, AC didn’t work and was blowing hot air, shower door broken, shower handle difficult to turn on. Loud and next to bus stop which is busy all night long and early morning. Had issues with checking in via self check in both times I stayed here, first staff member was super helpful and kind, second staff member was not helpful and receptive when I told him I already had an issue with their self check in and needed the front desk to do it, made me try self check in (which did not work again) before he would do it on his computer."

"We stayed over the weekend for two nights in a one bedroom suite. The room was nice, well appointed. The service was great and the hotel had nice amenities especially for a hotel over 100 years old. Fairmont never disappoints. "

"Overall our stay was amazing! We had a beautiful room with lots of natural light and a great view. Jamal, who checked us in, was very helpful throughout our stay, as was the rest of the staff we encountered. There was lots of on-site parking which was very easy to access and set up when checking in. Overall, wonderful experience!"

"Please be careful when you advertise that you have a restaurant on the premises. The bar is not a restaurant. This was one of the reasons we chose your location. It would have been helpful to have a list of close by, local restaurants that the could be provided to guests when they check in."

"It was so nice have the two room suite. The staff was very friendly. Just a few hiccups: -One of the elevators was under construction, so the whole place had ONE elevator. Which made waiting for the elevator a VERY long process. -Parking was $45 plus tax a DAY! So we ended up parking on the street, not horrible, but not the best. -Our AC in our room did not work right. The living area was cool and both bedrooms were so hot. -There was a light bulb in our room that blinked like a strobe light. We reported it, but it never got fixed. Breakfast was great. "
