"The staff are the saving grace of this hotel. They were helpful and caring. As a Disabled user I found the room given was not that shown on Expedia website. Was unable to have access to a shower the first night. Changed rooms for following two nights. Space for wheelchair limited. Lifts to rooms small. Couldn’t charge phone or hearing aids as no usb outlets. Not really geared up to solo disabled travellers"

A young Gentleman on the team with a warmth and trust that said everything about the culture of this place, allowed me to borrow a book and finish reading it in the room instead of the designated lobby, which is a symbol of trust. Small gesture. Lasting impression. Sometimes when we are in a hurry to get everything done at once, it turns out that we are late with everything and this time the team showed class that sometimes Savoy or Ritz could envy. Massive „Thank you” to Adi to let me stay and finish my chapter past the expected moment to leave. She and the rest of the crew bring a level of genuine hospitality that most five-star hotels would struggle to match. In a city that charges you for every breath, Rest Up London offers something rare: real value, real comfort, and people who actually care. Not because they have to, but because it shows. "Breakfast was good and slightly different everyday. The location is perfect for seeing all the attractions and to the underground if you want to get around that way. I was staying there for my birthday and they left a sweet note and a cute gift of teas for me! I didn’t even tell them it was my birthday so the fact they paid attention to that detail means a lot. I definitely recommend this hotel! "
