"Very clean room with plenty of tea making facilities and lots of hot water, fluffy towels and a comfortable bed. Helpful full length mirror in bedroom. Some of the communal areas look a bit tired, but staff welcoming and room was great for my needs (staying overnight in area ready for family get together). Great location for Hythe and walk along seafront short drive away."

"When we arrived, there was a mixup with the booking but they handled it really well. They gave us a room that we hadn’t booked which was fantastic. We then moved the next day into another lovely room. They bent over backwards and they couldn’t do enough for us it made my stay and my partners stay whose birthday it was on the Monday an absolutely fantastic time and may I just say thanks to Sam and the team for looking after us and making us so welcome. "The view from my accommodation and also that of my family members in the two next door was way better than the picture - literally 'tree tops' - looking across the Kent countryside through mature trees. The terrace was perfect for sitting out. The rooms were modern and really lovely, air conditioned, well equipped and with a sliding Japanese style door for privacy when the kids were in bed. "My son was charge to use the gym. No airconditioning and extremely hot and humid . Each room was provided with small electric fan. No more, no less. They did not lend us another fan when my husband requested one. The location is great though."
