We had a wonderful time staying with Joan and his family. They were there to answer all our questions. The rooms were very clean and modern, the AC worked well, and it was spacious. He even offered us in room massage service for 200.000 vnd an hour - this was amazing !! Also the view from the balancing is AMAZING as advertised !

Most of the staff do not speak much English, but they were always friendly and helpful, and the lady who ran the reception (amongst other duties) spoke very good English. "The staff at Muong Village are very attentive and helpful. The rooms are clean and well presented. The outdoors are stunning and the pool was very welcoming and delicious to swim in after a long day of activities. Bikes are free to use as well which makes it easier to get around. You may have to use Grab though for longer trips unless you like and can ride a motorcycle. "
