"everything was fine, no issues during the stay. only thing is when we checked out, there was nobody at the office window at 9:40 a.m. I rang the bell 3 times in about 5 minutes and no one ended up coming to the window. I put the 2 key cards through the plexiglass window and just left. hopefully that is the way to do it!"
"Very conveniently located. Crossgates is right behind us and the University is just a few minutes away. Great price for a spacious suite. Gave me and my son room to have our own space. Nice front desk staff and great free breakfast. If he chooses SUNY Albany, this will be our go to hotel!"
"My stay was excellent the only problem I would say is the carpet, and some of the bed linen really need to be replaced. I always bring my own beddings. The staff was excellent all around, very friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I was so comfortable I stayed an extra day."
