The hotel was very clean, customer service superb and helpful. I had no problem booking a room and needed to check in early due to my job and was met with courtesy for my request. Extremely clean, modern and Comfortable especially the bedding. TV was adequate Wi Fi was fast and good, ac great. Shower had slightly less water pressure than I like but they all do. I give them high marks on all including common areas.

Very large room. We were assigned an accessible room (I don’t remember if I specifically booked this or not) but it was very spacious. The bathroom is large. The wall mounted bathroom amenities was missing shampoo (they had 2 lotions instead). Otherwise, a very good hotel

Every single member of staff I interacted with was pleasant, understanding, and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and offered daily (my stay was Thurs-Mon), though information about it online was limited or incorrect. I have no complaints about my stay, and if I come back to Albany, this hotel will be at the top of my list of potential lodging.

This is a nice hotel, leaving not much to complain about. Most ametities you look for were, in my opinion, very good. However, three items bugged me: 1) Getting ice from the ice machine on our floor was hit or miss. It would not discharge ice on several occasions over our 2-day stay. Checking the adjacent floor machines involved waiting for the elevator, as step locations are not apparent. When I couldn't get ice, the restaurant on the ground floor accommdated me when they were open... so late night ice runs were out. 2) This Hilton does not offer free breakfast. Most hotels (that I stay in) usually offer it, and when booking, I assumed this one did too. I even checked with the front desk and was advised breakfast not included. My bad for not checking ahead of time. 3) This hotel does not provide in-room safes. Again, most places where I stay do provide them. Otherwise, parking was good, rooms were very cleanand comfortable and the people were friendly.
