"It is connected to JR Nanba station and Osaka CAT bus terminal through under pass and arcade. Located within walking distance from many shopping attractions in Nanba area. The staff is very friendly and more than willing to help you out whenever needed. They put us on 30th floor that commands a great view of Osaka (Lobby is on 22nd floor so that you have to change a elevator on 22nd whenever you come and go, which we find it a little bit bothering-mendoksai). Our plan has a breakfast included, and we enjoyed very much. The breakfast is excellent and has all Japanese and western style foods and deserts ready. The breakfast place is on 22nd floor that you can enjoy almost surround view of Osaka Nanba area. The hotel has a few restaurants on property, French and Japanese, but they were closed when we are staying except for French one that you have to reserve a table in advance (we failed to do). But there are many dining places in the area so that it shouldn't be an issue to many visitors unless you want to have a special anniversary dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was our case. The hotel does not have any bar where we can have a cocktail or drink while enjoying the view of the city, which we found one big catch. Other than that the stay was great."

"The hotel was clean. The room is very small. The location is by the subway, which you can hear throughout the day and night. The hotel is in the middle of a homeless camp. Everyone was friendly but there was a lot of homeless people around."

"The place had everything needed for a one night stay, but I wouldn’t have found it sufficient for a longer stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, although the room was smaller than how it had seemed in the pictures. I wasn’t able to sleep very well as there was a waste collection right outside the window at 6.30am, it was very loud and woke me up even with earplugs in. The room was also quite dark, even though there was a window, I had to keep the lights on at daytime. The kitchenette only had a sink, a kettle and a microwave, but there were no cups, dishes or cutlery. The bathroom and showers were clean and had all amenities needed. There is a small lobby with the kitchenette attached to the side, but no other hostel communal space. There’s a self check in and check out system. I wasn’t sure what to do as I was arriving, and I happened to see a staff member who was just leaving and was able to help me, but this was the only member of staff I saw during the time I was there. The location was perfect for exploring Osaka, close to a station and an easy walking distance to central locations! Overall it was sufficient for a one night stay."
