"Staff was excellent! Rooms very clean and Breakfast excellent!"

"Breakfast, clean. etc"

"It was a tidy and comfortable room but was looking a bit tired and would also benefit from the cleaner's having a bit more training to improve standards but was okay for what we needed at short notice"

"The room lacked detailed cleanliness upon arrival and even the following day after the daily cleaning. Upon arrival the bathroom floor hadn’t been detailed. You could see small pieces of debris. The following day after cleaning it was left exactly the same. Upon arrival the bathroom trash bin had the liner bag laying on the side waiting to be inserted. Then the following day the garbage in the same bin was not emptied. Lastly the pillows on the made bed upon arrival had been placed without...

"We loved the location of the resort. It is important that we find places that are pet friendly and have places that allow getting out with your pet. We were very pleased with Dahlonega for this. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is small with limited counter space but that is to be expected with old style rooms. We were there during the week and unfortunately unable to sample meals. A special thank you to Candace who happened by to open the gift shop so we could purchase wine...

"Good location. Great value. Decent breakfast. Clean. Fresh towels on second day."

"The check in process took way to long and the front desk was quite unfriendly. The room was gross. I first noticed the middle lock on the door did not work. There was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door. The ceiling was patched up and gross. There was mold all along the bottom of the bathtub and we had bugs(roaches) that were there. Just such a horrible experience. I would not recommend and really would like a refund from this property."

"Rooms need freshening up"

"The hotel is a nice one to stay at. From l;obby to bar to ammenities, it is a relaxing place to stay, work and entertain. Rooms are clean and spacious."

"Location to center of town was really good. Easy access to stores and restaurants. Room was very small and tight. Many rules posted with fines threatened for failure to keep noise level down and adjustment of temperature on a/c."

"Our room smelled like marijuana, bathroom worse than bedroom. We did not complain or ask to be moved because we were dealing with a family emergency."

"We were really pleased during our stay. One thing was parking is free but in the lot there were signs saying scan to pay for parking. There needs to be another sign saying if you are checked in to the hotel parking is free. That is for other people parking not hotel customers."

"helpful staff - wish they would have had a breakfast menu"

"Overall, nice stay"
