"Noone is at the property, so you need to call for them to come and they made me feel like it was a hassle to do so. Really felt uncomfortable with that experience."

"Clean hotel, but in the warehouse area not near anything of walking distance. Very basic amenities in the room, no wash clothes, no iron or steamer and no hair conditioner only shampoo. Also, cleaning staff didn’t replace water in room. We had the room with a hot tub, the water was warm at best. Not a “hot” tub. The water from the shower was warmer therefore we didn’t use the hot tub. Staff were friendly and the free shuttle was nice. Also, they have parking nearby if you drive here. Roof top...

"Hotel Savoia was our favorite hotel that we stayed at during our entire Italy trip. Such a cozy and special hotel in Positano, located in a central and convenient location. Less than 10 minutes walk down to the beach and bus stop, with lots of shopping nearby. Staff is so friendly and helpful. "The highlight of this hotel is the wonderful outside space. The lemon grove where you can have a meal or simply sit and relax with a drink is fantastic. The staff overall are very friendly and helpful but, at busy times, we found it difficult to get service whilst sat outside for a drink. "We stayed in the annex building and the view was truly breathtaking. The room was cleaned every day and we had fresh towels, bathrobes and towel warmers and we stayed in the balcony suite. It always smelt so good on our walk over because of the lemon garden and the whole hotel staff made our trip truly unforgettable. Towards the end of the trip the staff anticipated how we would like our coffees and I have never had such great hospitality in a hotel! I hope to return one day to this beautiful...

"Swiss airlines lost out luggage so we stay here for one night since it’s really close to NAP airport. Once we mentioned about our luggage’s the front desk offered free toothbrushes and toothpaste, which we truly appreciated =) The pizza over dinner and breakfast selection were amazing!
