"The hotel is a little dated but still nice, or room was small but ok"

But 2 more things were more shocking to us. 1- There was indeed a kettle in our kitchen, however nowhere to plug it. There was no wall socket to plug the the 3-pin plug. The welcome was exceptional, and the staff took the time to explain the best things to do in Tuscany and Volterra, with fantastic recommendations and clear directions. "A cozy hotel steps to the tower and attraction. Helpful, friendly staff. Very clean, spacious room."

"Si tratta del classico hotel con standard internazionali. Camera superior di buone dimensioni, molto pulita. Colazione buona, ma sicuramente migliorabile. Personale gentile e professionale."

"Walking distance to leaning tower about 1 mile away. Clean, comfortable spacious room. Breakfast adequate and convenient. There’s a nice selection of fruits, yogurts, toasts and different croissants, sliced meats and hard boiled eggs. We only stayed one night but slept well there. Bathroom is also spacious ."

"The greatest place, and awesome location. The people who run the hotel super kind, welcoming and oh so helpful. San Gimignano just minutes from the hotel and a beautiful place. Can’t recommend it enough, really loved it."

"Fantastic stay, would recommend to anyone"

"Beautiful hotel conveniently located on a very peaceful street in Pisa, rooms are compact but comfortable, air-conditioning, room safe ,fresh clean bathroom ,exceptionally helpful staff , loads of restaurants and café nearby around 10 mins walk from train station, and around 20min walk to leaning tower."

"Quando prenoti non c'è scritto, ma stanno facendo lavori di ristrutturazione, perciò dalla mattina presto ci sono rumori, trapani, e botti. Letto scomodissimo e duro, pulizia scarsa, nel bagno c'erano ovunque capelli. Colazione scarsa. Per 100 euro a notte c'è di molto meglio."
