"We arrived quite late, so didn't use the restaurant, but the steaks cooking smelled really nice. Parking was near the rooms. We had a room i think on the 3rd floor, steps were extremely steep and would not be accessible for alot of people. Room was a great size, had the wash basin outside in the main room due to the bathroom being very small. Great water pressure in the shower. The bed was very firm, if your back copes with this type of bed, our didn't. Overall a great 1 night stopover, desk staff were very helpful as we were arriving late."

"Great stopover close to shops and station. Fine dining in the bistro with different specials daily. Fantastic service and friendly staff, Top Management who promoted a warm welcome. Nostalgic hotel with a selection of different spaces for bars and entertainment. We will be back . Thanks to all staff."

"Lovely place to stay, room was clean and staff were lovely. We had a 3 night stay. The cleaning staff didn’t automatically enter the room while we were there, however, if we asked them to take the rubbish, replace the towels or restock the tea stand they did it without any hassles. So yes, lovely place to stay, would stay here again for sure."

"We arrived and were checked in by a lovely young man who also worked in the restaurant. Fast check-in, easy parking and free with the room. The room was larger than expected, king size bed which looked huge. The pillows were about too flat but other than that can't complain about the bed. The bathroom was lovely and the shower had really good pressure and really hot. Breakfast was included and was quite yummy. Lots and lots of choices. Will be back."

"We always stay here when visiting Sydney. Easy parking for a large vehicle at the Concourse, fabulous shopping and Asian food choices. Only complaint was the loo paper, cheap rubbish! "
