Cons: Hotel located in old part of town, need to travel further for halal food. Parking limited but hotel do provide alternative locations to their credit. "
"Wonderful place to stay in Penang. Great food options in the hotel and also nearby. Easy walk around the top of Penang and nice to be just out of the busier centre.
Lovely rooms and decor throughout and the pool was superb.

"To be honest I received the best welcome, it is actually even cleaner than on photos, they gave me a good reception with everything needed in the room :
Tooth brush , flip flop for the shower, extra water , tea cup , towel, it was really clean and was smelling super good and also the boss of the hotel is speaking a good english and is really helpfull with his customer.
Fun fact he gives you a pins to put on his map to see where all his customers from, it was really awesome.

"All good. Staff are very friendly and not too crowded during weekdays. Buggy services are quick and helpful. The waterpark is big and fun. More fun if the slides have more water pressure. The kid keeps getting stuck in the middle because it's not slippery enough."
