When I booked this room, I thought it was a good deal because it was Teresina - the description and other ratings led me to believe it would be nice. Turns out it was a "good deal" only because it was a barely livable, rundown hotel. The staff were pretty good - they didn't come to clean the room every day as expected, but when I asked them to, they got it done. The parking attendant opened the gate late at night to let us in without having to get out and go to reception. When I asked, I was able to get an upgraded room for the difference in price...not that the "upgrade" was very noticeable, aside from having more space. Despite having a hot AND cold water knob, the temperature of the water was pretty much the same either way...and the extra room attached had no AC, so it wasn't very useful. The free breakfast was worth every penny, but I can't say much beyond that. At least the door lock and toilet were functional in the upgraded room... Bottom line is you can save a lot of money here if you want a minimal housing experience...if you're not a minimalist, look elsewhere.

A estadia foi dentro do esperado,pois esse hotel me hospedo nele desde sua inauguração. Percebi que essa nova administração ira melhorar os quartos e instalações internas e externas. Agora foquei um poouco decepcionado,pois me cobraram R$ 30,00 * taxa para estacionamento do carro. Converso que fiquei surpreso,porque sempre me hospedo nessa unidade e nunca me geraram cobranças de estacionamento. Taxa essa que é por dia. Achei que nos hospedes tinhamos direito

Ao chegar no hotel, mesmo após ter feito a reserva no dia anterior, não havia quarto disponível. Escolhi um quarto de casal, mas me entregaram um de solteiro. O ar-condicionado não funcionava adequadamente e o quarto apresentava cheiro de mofo. Fiquei 3 horas na recepção esperando desocupar quarto.

Aqui no app eles anunciam uma coisa e quando chega lá é outra, na primeira vez que fiquei lá no hotel foi tudo ok,paguei a estadia com o estacionamento incluso. Já essa segunda vez fechei a estadia aqui paguei direitinho e quando cheguei lá na hora do checkim eles disseram que a diária do estacionamento era valor X e relatei que aqui não dizia nada sobre e eles falaram que ouve uma mudança de administração. Mais o cliente não tem culpa !!! O mínimo era avisar antes pro cliente. Falta mais comunicação. De resto tá tudo ok

O quarto parecia está num local abandonado. Tive medo. Mesmo cansada sai várias vezes do quarto pois não estava aguentando o fedor de esgoto, proveniente do ralo. Não tinha toalha de banho, apenas duas de rosto. Tudo é tão antigo que as torneiras não fecham completamente de tão duras (pia e chuveiro). O quarto também fede a mofo ou coisa antiga. A tv não era smart e por isso tive que deixar em programas regionais...
