Hotel ok!

A ideia do hotel é muito boa, porém falta investir melhor nas acomodações. O box do banheiro e o ralo não dá conta para escoar a água, sendo assim, a cada banho, inunda o banheiro. O ar condicionado estava pingando, deixando muito tempo ligado, inundava o quarto. O staff do hotel é bem solícito. Falta a administração ter um zelo maior, investimento mais e melhor nas acomodações, melhorando o conforto do hóspede.

Espero não ter que ir a Terezinha por muito tempo.

Ar condicionado parou 3 vezes durante a noite . Acordei banhada de suor. Os funcionários não são prestativos. Quarto limpo. O que salva o hotel e a piscina essencial com a temperatura do lugar. Passei quase o tempo todo na piscina.

Hotel bem localizado, limpeza perfeita. Apenas o café da manhã deixa a desejar e a piscina que por conta de uma reforma estava suja e não foi limpa. Troquei o hotel dois dias depois e fui para o RESORT que pertence ao mesmo grupo e lá é outro nível.

Chuveiro frio, café da manhã bem fraco, sujeira do hóspede anterior no quarto, preço não condiz com o hotel. Sem contar que direto no hotel saia pela metade do preço, a metade do valor que paguei ainda seria caro.

Estrutura do Hotel muito ruim, adereços da piscina totalmente enferrujados, bordas cheias de lodo e quebras nos azulejos, sujeiras acumuladas e no fundo da piscina. Prestação de serviços no atendimento péssima, tivemos algumas ocorrências de insatisfação como por exemplo: Ficamos varias vezes a beira da piscina e ninguém apareceu para nos perguntar se desejávamos comer ou beber algo, simplesmente ruim, uma total falta de respeito para com os hospedes. Cardápio do hotel muito pobre, seja no quesito de bebidas ou comidas, simplesmente um absurdo não ter uma " ÁGUA TÔNICA, ou uma CERVEJA SEM ÁLCOOL " no hotel. Enfim, deixou muito a desejar em vários quesitos e principalmente na qualidade to atendimento. Infelizmente essa não foi a primeira vez que nos hospedamos nessa rede de hotéis, já tivemos uma outra hospedagem muito ruim a uns dois meses, e o pior foi que levamos um casal de amigos, alegando que o local era muito bom, pois as fotos do hotel eram muito boas e vistosas, porém, passamos por uma vergonha com proporções maiores. Acho que é um problema generalizado desta rede. A falta de organização e bom atendimento é coisa comum nesta rede, felizmente esta foi a ultima vez que eu e minha família nos hospedamos nesta. Não recomendo a ninguém, e não recomendarei a nenhum dos meus contatos.

O preço é salgado comparado à estrutura do Hotel. A fachada é bonita, organizada, atendentes de qualidade. O que não gostamos foi o quarto. Tinham goteiras no banheiro e perto de uma das camas. A estrutura do quarto deixa a desejar. O café estava bem variado, porém não gostamos do sabor da comida no geral.

É preciso repensar a entrada de veículos, postada na rua oposta à da recepção. Não é admissível que o hóspede tenha que descer do seu carro para avisar que está parado (numa rua deserta) esperando o portão abrir...
