Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Pues la estancia en este hotel no fue muy buena soy una persona que viaja constantemente y en realidad encontré varios puntos que en general no hacen los hoteles mas sin embargo por su forma de pensar del hotel así lo realizan
1 te cobran la comisión de la tarjeta de crédito si pagas con tarjeta de crédito o débito
2 el estacionamiento esta muy reducido solo 3 carros
3 .- la habitación estaba anunciada en $1,300 y termine pagando $1,956 en recepción
4.- la alberca es de 3 x 2 metros prácticamente nada para nadar
5 .- Si tu quieres facturar tienes que pagar aparte el iva
6 .- La habitación limpia pero muy reducida casi justa a la cama
7.- La localizacion del hotel en Tepoztlan esta un poco escondido puedes encontrar hoteles mas cerca de las avenidas principales
8.-no tiene jardines ni estancia de descanso
