"This is a multi-generational family-run property and they make you feel like family. It is just outside Piazza Amerina and a few minutes drive from the must-see Villa Romana. So much easier than trying to drive to and park at a hotel in the city. Parking is free. There is a restaurant onsite, which is also where you check in/out. The bed was comfy and the room & bathroom were spacious. Everyone from the owner & his mother to the extended family and cleaning staff treated us warmly. "

"Great place in center of old town of piazza Amerina, very nice and helpful host showed us where to park and took us on a short tour of the old town in our car. Davide made us a lovely breakfast. A great stay, very interesting town!"

"Xenia is a nice place with big rooms in sn old apartment house. It has great charm and atmosphere. The breakfast is good and incl. what one can expect. The traffic in the morning was a bit disturbing. "

"The best thing about the stay was Luana. She was helpful, knowledgeable and helpful. The heating unit did not heat the room sufficiently and the floors were way too cold. Rugs would have helped. "La posizione dell'appartamento è comoda, vicino al centro. L'host cortese e gentile. È stato facile fare il ceck in ed il ceck out. L'unico neo riscontrato, a mio avviso, è la pulizia in quanto l'appartamento doveva essere pulito meglio. Sarebbe stato opportuno un passaggio ulteriore di pulizia in quanto c'era polvere e formiche vicino al balcone del soggiorno."
