"The hotel was clean and the room was really nice. The only issue we had was the noise. Our room was situated above the bar/cafe at the front of the hotel. Constant scraping of chairs which seemed to echo, and the noise from Babushka's, over the road until the small hours as well as the entertainment in the hotel at night, was all a bit too much. And it has put us off staying in this hotel again. "

"Only negative was that the selfcatering apartment we had was a little tired (needed new grouting in bathroom and loose veneer etc). The rest of the hotel looked in good order including the dining area. The staff were wonderful and the food was great. Useful that they have shops built into the ground floor, so easy to pick up food etc. Very close to the beach which was great."

On arrival, Expedia had incorrectly listed our children as infants, so we were asked to pay ~£700 extra despite booking a 2-bedroom family room for two kids - very frustrating. "Tolles renoviertes Hotel. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Traumhafter Bluck aufs Meer. Sehr schöne, moderne und gemütliche Zimmer. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziges Manko, das Drum Herum ist aktuell nicht sehr einladend und das große Hotel nebenan wir renoviert und man hat somit Baustellengeräusche. (Hier wäre eine Info vorab sehr schön gewesen) "

"I did not get info on how to get in and out of the hotel. The concierge is not always there! I had to ring my own taxi on leaving and it was difficult to re-access the building to pick up my baggage as I don't speak Spanish. The room was very tired in decor with multiple scrapes around the doors. It vibrated with the sound of the fridge (?). The only plus was the 6 minute walk to the beach. No breakfast. No snacks. Very basic."
