The property is located a bit off the beach but it was really easy to get to. RGV staff were all attentive and accommodating. All requests were met quickly and with courtesy. The room was kept impeccably. The dining room was great, however our dinner entrees were not hot. But all was wonderful and we would definitely recommend the property to family and friends.

My stay was fantastic. I always feel welcome, at home and comfortable. The rooms and property are beautifully designed and give you the feeling like you never want to leave. The staff are equally as amazing. I cannot stress enough how truly warm and kind everyone is, they make it a pleasure to stay there. The app makes it easy to contact reception as well as WhatsApp. Anything you need is always within reach.

Tout était absolument parfait! La chambre est grande et magnifique, la décoration, le lit, la salle de bain… Nous n’avons rien de négatif à dire ! Sans parler de la terrasse qui est à coupé le souffle ! On se croyait à Bali 😍 ! Le staff est très très sympathique, souriant et à notre service ! Nous pouvons que remercier pour ce séjour incroyable. Nous avons souper au bord de la piscine avec de la musique live et c’était juste parfait ! Encore merci et on espère vraiment retourner un jour !

Beautiful small hotel. Staff are outstanding, every one of them. Other than the golf course across the road there’s nothing nearby but taxis are easy to get and cheap. We had a lovely relaxing time in this hotel.

We had a lovely 5 days at the Royal Garden Villas. The staff were very friendly and all very prompt on the service. However, there needs to be some entertainment and the bar needs to be open until later. Other than that we had a lovely stay.

Brilliant Villa
A excellent hotel we have ever stayed. The Villa is super spacious, clean, and comfy. There is a private heated swimming pool in each Villa. Weather was around low 20’s during day hours in March and kids really enjoyed the swimming pool everyday without being too chilly. Breakfast is superb as you have various selection and all tastes brilliant in rich atmosphere of the restaurant. All staff are well trained and professional. Especially we admired their professional room cleaning every morning, which was so quick and immaculate. The location is also perfect for those love tranquil atmosphere. We took taxi when we go out for activities and dinner everyday. It takes within 10 minutes to get Playa del Douque costing within 10 euros, and 6-7 minutes with 6-7 euros to get the nearest town La Caleta where you can find nice restaurants. It isn’t bad for those who wants to spend luxurious time mainly at the hotel. We will definitely choose Royal Garden Villa to stay when we travel to Tenerife again in future.

Pure luxury
A really stunning hotel. Our villa was beautiful, spacious and private. Royal Garden Villas offers the best of both worlds. All the facilities and services of a five star hotel but the space and privacy of your own luxury villa and pool. The spa and restaurant were fantastic. Fiona and the team couldn’t be more helpful. Would highly recommend.

Amazing but shame about the building works
Amazing place and great service. Only thing that spoilt the otherwise perfect holiday was very noisy building works close by. Appreciate that this is out of the hotel’s control but as it is likely to be going on for a couple of years I think we should have been made aware at the time of booking. Rocks being broken at over 80db at tones meant you couldn’t even have a conversation outside! If you can live with this then otherwise everything else superb. Room/villa amazing. Staff and food fantastic. Good value for money

Relax
El hotel muy bonito, tranquilo, muy cuidado. La villa también preciosa, con una pequeña piscina en la terraza. Todo muy limpio, con mucha intimidad en las villas. El personal muy amable, tanto en recepción como en el desayuno como en el spa. El spa es muy chulo, relajante, aunque algunos chorros no funcionan, pero está muy bien. Un par de masajes que probamos estuvieron muy bien también. Recomendable!

Gorgeous villa
The villas are amazing, perhaps a little on the cluttered side, generally they are very clean, but top shelves of the wardrobes not dusted at the back and under curtains in windows quite dusty. The service is amazing & I would definitely stay again. The staff in the restaurant are lovely, morning & evening & very welcoming.

Descanso y privacidad
Hemos estado en una villa de una habitación. El hotel es muy agradable y está bien cuidado. La habitación tiene bastante privacidad y en general es muy tranquilo, aunque al tener una calle detrás durante el día hay bastante tráfico de coches sorprendente. El personal es amable y dispuesto a ayudar.
