Staff was friendly and helpful. However, I was not impressed with the state of the rooms. Towels had stains on them. Bathroom sink area had carpeting, which I found odd. The rooms are very modern. You control the lights, air system & TV with the iPad provided. This is a perfect hotel choice for solo and couple travelers. The check in and out process was a breeze! I would highly recommend any citizenM location.

The Dupont Circle Hotel
always lovely. we have stayed here a few times, and it’s been fantastic every time. the heated bathroom floors are an added bonus that is sooo cozy.
