"Very convenient to the airport. The staff was very kind and friendly. Also helpful. If you arrive early, you can do an early check in 8am; and pay an extra 60.00. It’s well worth it! "Had an early check-in but showed up even earlier than anticipated. The front desk hostess was polite and accomodating. She stored our luggage and did her best to get us checked-in as soon as possible."

"We arrived early morning, too early to get in our room, but the staff did everything to make us comfortable. We were given cards to use the pool or take a shower. The very helpful concierge, Day, helped us plan the next five days. We had rented a car and she gave us very helpful directions and maps with highlights. After a lovely lunch we did get into our ocean view room which unexpectedly had a lovely view of Moo’rea. "

"The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The lagoon bungalow I stayed in was clean and the view was great. The A/C worked too. A lovely place to stay. My only complaint was the lack of parking and you had to pay a lot for extra’s such as beach towels, so bring your own. "
