We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The facilities were first class, most of the staff ( other than 1 person) was very helpful, the location is amazing and they had a few nice extras like a complementary bottle of wine and free coffee throughout the stay that made this choice exceptional. Would recommemd this property for singles, couples or families.

Excellent location, nice surprise to have coffee and water in the lobby, along with yoga classes and beach towels. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our suggestions for improvements would be to provide more hooks for hanging towels and wet clothes. We would absolutely recommend it to others and would choose to stay here again!

My wife and LOVED this hotel. Beachide view, jazz filled cafe lounge on main floor, roof top patio (all to ourselves for some bizarre reason) , great staff, spectacular room with everything we needed, walkability for everything from old Jaffa to Tel Aviv Museum, made it ALL SPECTACULAR. Did i say Paradise? Yes, stupid Adam and Eve were kicked out of here. They should have simply avoided the apple and chilled out for an eternity at the Sea Executive Suites.

Great spot right on the water. Very clean and modern for Israel. Wifi and AC were great. Apts are spacious. ZERO complaints.

Emplacement idéal, chambres confortables, service assez moyen qui n'a rien à voir avec un hôtel "normal" d'autant qu'il n'apparait pas sur la réservation que le ménage n'es pas fait, qu'il n'y a pas de changement de serviettes (si ménage tarif est de 80 euros ce qui est très cher). Dommage

How a manager can impact a vacation.

When a room issue arose the front office manager (not staff) was rude and disrespectful. It inconvenienced my wife and this person didn’t care at all. I am never staying there again. Shame it is a perfect spot if you are in Tel Aviv.

Shameful management

The management upfront was rude and didn’t listen or care when they switched our room. Never been confronted with such disgraceful behavior in 40 years of traveling. I will never stay here again

Location is perfect center of Tel Aviv

The staff are incredibly helpful. Many nice restaurants around the hotel and right across the street from the beach. You couldn’t ask for a better location!

Clean, nice and convenient.

Amazing and clean and conveniently located across from the beach. I love the large rooms and roof top views. The lobby is a cool place to hang out and have coffee and people watch. I highly recommend this hotel.
