A pleasant, comfortable and well fed stay
Reception and general staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and reasonably comfortable, though the building is in need of maintenance and refurbishing. The room is not large though adequate, but the bathroom is very small and needs redesigning to make it more efficient and comfortable, perhaps removing the bath and only having a shower cubicle to give more space. The breakfast buffet was very good especially since the food all had to be kosher for Pesach and in fact was better than I found at a higher graded hotel that I stayed at during my three week visit to Israel.

Room not replenished with coffee/sugar shower gel/shampoo/toilet paper on a daily basis. Paid for a weeks parking but my space was sold to someone else on two occasions. Concierge was extremely rude. This is the 2nd worst hotel I have ever stayed in and definitely would not recommend.

Breakfast was good. Room was outdated. Couldn't close the window. Couldn't open closet. General look of the hotel is poor. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Definitely not a 4-start hotel, more like 2-star
The hotel rates itself as a 4-star. While the lobby is very nice and might be reasonable for a 4-start hotel, everything else I wouldn't even give 2 stars. The corridors and rooms are old, narrow and not very clean. The mattresses were so soft that it felt like sleeping in a hammock. Not great if you have issues with back pain. Housekeeping knocked on our door in the morning, despite the Do Not Disturb sign and the fact that it was 90 minutes prior to our checkout time. The parking was just barely wide enough for the car to fit into and we had to wait for someone to physically unlock a metal chain to get in and out. The pool was small and cold. We didn't see a single guest using it. In general, a very old and unpleasant hotel. Absolutely not 4-star.

Room service was bad, room wasn’t clean and had human hair on the sheets and floor, took them 5 hours to send someone after calling and in person asking to clean for 4 times .

4 day stay
Close to the beach, friendly staff, food was ok, and the hotel needs a cleaning on the outside. Rooms were a little small, but did the trick.

Kaldığım oda ve özellikle banyosu çok küçüktü. 3 gün kaldım odam sadece 1 defa temizlendi. Kahvaltı kalitesi vasat.tel konumu hem sahile hemde şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesinde, en iyi yönü bu idi.

Etablissement bien placé, prés de la plage et du centre ville. Le petit déjeuner est superbe. L'hôtel est très bien, dommage que la salle de bain est minuscule.

This is our 4th visit to the hotel and even thoug There were problems last time we gave it again a chance.. we got a room with poor aircondition ,it didnt work well very weak! Outsider 35 degrees! They promised to repair it.. nothing happend! After another complaint we were moved to another room. This time the bathroom door couldnt close and difficulties with the Windows. This is a 4 stars hotel but our towels were not changed even once during our 5 days stay... the food is good but the rest very disappointing!!!

Excelente hotel, lo recomiendo
Excelente estancia. La ubicación es perfecta en Yael Aviv, muy cómodo, y el servicio fue muy bueno. Destaco el tener desayuno incluido, que es muy completo.
