This was a rather strange hotel. It was almost all automated from the check in experience to the light switches! Finding the hotel was tricky as there was no sign outside. Fortunately we spotted the keypad by the door and were relieved to find that the code sent to us in advance enabled us to gain entry. The room was large and spacious but some of the lights did not work. There was a coffee maker but no pods provided and several bottles of shampoo but no shower gel. There was no breakfast (maybe we should have picked this up from the hotel website). The location was good but the hotel felt a little neglected.

Great location. Largely unstaffed

Great location, a couple of minutes from the Jaffa clock tower and another minute to the beach. Nice room, and clean. But it seems to be largely unmanned - I didn’t see anyone on reception during my stay and a couple I met had been there for 5 days and hadn’t seen any staff the whole visit. Note - there’s no lobby or general toilet so if you need to change after checking out and leaving luggage you have to do it in the corridor. WiFi was good in the corridor but not in my room

So many issues, where to begin. The listing is deceiving, staff were not present for check in (door was locked) until I called, despite me providing my arrival time the day prior. The room stank of cigarette smoke, and when I asked about it (since it’s a non-smoking hotel), I was told to open the window. Then each night the smell came back (turns out my neighbour was smoking) - so bad to a point I couldn’t breathe comfortably. Not pleasant. The room was pretty dusty and dirty, towels were ripped/yellow, sheets were so pilled it felt like I was sleeping in someone else’s bed, they needed to be replaced ages ago. Despite having the “do not disturb” light on, I was awoken twice by pounding on the door - to ask what I needed - but when I said nothing I was met with hostility and unpleasantness. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend anyone do so, despite an amazing location, so it’s a shame.

This hotel is very well located and has beautiful rooms! The breakfast is served at a restaurant and this gives you the chance to explore local dishes and mingle with locals. We had a great time!
