Comfortable and great location

Had a great time staying here. Beautiful apartment, great location, and host was helpful with great communication. Washer and dryer in unit which was really helpful. If you aren’t familiar with Israel’s hot water system you should ask the host for instructions to assure you can take a nice warm shower.

Right in the heart of the Carmel Market, within walking distance to the beach. Close to amazing coffee, restaurants, and bars. Very trendy area. The room was very clean and modern, and the rooftop deck is amazing. Laundry with a washer and dryer available on the floor. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It was great location for walking, close to buy food and easy to get to by public transportation. I liked to have a kitchen and a nice patio area on the roof. Unfortunately we didn't spend much time inside but we slept comfortably and could cook breakfast. I recommend this place. The only disadvantage is not clear address.

Hidden fee

I was disappointed that after booking and paying the property owner reached out and told me that the cleaning fee of 550 NIS ($150 USD) is not included. Either than this, the stay was really nice, highly comfortable and great location. The rooftop terrace is a real jem.

Very Run Down

The apartment (302 - top floor, no elevator) does not look anything like the photos. It is very run down, smelled like smoke, deep in the pillows, mattress and comforter, there were holes in the walls, the bathroom sink did not work (opened the valve - it leaked all over), the walls are super thin, could hear everything including the rooftop (shared wall w/apt) which was extremely loud at night (not soundproofed as described). They were very responsive to texts (except for fixing the sink), but the apt needs a lot of love to be acceptable. The AC worked extremely well, which is the only reason I stayed or else I would've requested a cancellation if it didn't, as I feel this was false advertisement for the condition it was in.
