"To get any in-person assistance you have to go to the hotel next door. The self check in machine is ok, but if you book through a third party site it won’t register and will have you pay the stay again. Thankfully the staff understood and was able to accommodate me."

"Great location! The pool is certainly much smaller than the pictures and the water was too cold to use it. But if the conditions were perfect, it would have been quite the view from the pool!! No complaints! 👌"

"Location was perfect! Close to the metro, everything I wanted to see was about 10-15 minutes away. Surrounded by shops and restaurants but it was very quiet at night. Nice, clean little apartment. Kitchen had lots of supplies except no baking pan, not a problem. Great having a washing machine and terrace which overlooked other terraces and patios. Friendly staff, would definitely stay there again."

"Excellent location. Walkable to tons of the places that make the Gothic quarter special.
Very reasonable walk to the waterfront as well.
There is a lively plaza behind the hotel with some kind of band that played most nights but they were quiet by a little after ten and besides them you really couldn’t hear much noise from outside at all as the windows and walls are very well sound proofed. "To be honest, the apartment was good, but when we checked it, on our receipt says $47 city tax for two bedrooms 2 nights, but the guy insisted we have 3 bedrooms , charged us €62, even after we show them there are only 2 bedrooms."

"Well located with everything being a short walk away. Barcelonetta beach, cable car to Montjuic, acquarium, zoo and gothic quarter are all at the door step. Delightful roof top pool for kids and excellent views. Nice room with a separate living area and bedroom with a practical kitchenette. Milk bar tapas within 5 mins walk from hotel is excellent especially for their veg options. Overall lovely spot for anyone wanting to be central and accessible."
