"I liked the area that the hotel was in....there was a mall located right across the street with different shops, restaurants and stores. The hotel itself was actually really nice..they had restaurants there as well and a store that was on site. The train station was right across the bridge which was very convenient when catching the train! If you plan to go to Disney, thats the next stop on the train! They had late night snack and drink hour in the hotel for a certain number of hours that was a great add on as well. Overall I really enjoyed the stay! Id stay there again"

It’s rare to find a hotel that combines comfort, convenience, and exceptional service so well. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again when I return. "Property was great , however we had to pay for the indoor pool access , some around 12 years boy pooped in the pool right next to our daughter swimming , we had to leave . It was disgusting . It would be also helpful if any receptionist or concierge stuff would speak English somewhat , it was very hard to communicate with them . And Breakfast and Dinner buffets were very expensive"

"Nice & clean room! Wonderful staff! People were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and appreciated the hotel’s staff and service. We liked the onsen very much. Thanks for everything! There were also a very nice and green walking path and garden nearby the hotel. The subway was close to the hotel too. Very good restaurants nearby. There was also a Vietnamese restaurant nearby with many good choices of foods."
