"Lovely, cosy pub hotel. Great food with a choice of menus, ranging from the tasting menu to simple (but very well done) pub fayre. We chose from the pub menu, special mention to the fish and chips, perfect! Accompanied by a good choice of drinks, with beer from the local Thornbridge brewery. Very handy spot for local attractions. We stayed for one night on a mini-break and the room was perfect. Lovely bedroom decoration, nicely fitted out bathroom with a decent sized bath and rainfall...
"Lovely property and couple. What a welcomed feeling for two jet lagged travelers. Thank you for making us feel welcomed. Room was clean and cozy. Bathroom was stocked with all the creature comforts. Tub was a sight for welcomed sight for sore eyes and the shower was top notch, with great water pressure, as per my husband. On-site parking was easy and convenient as listed. "We had a wonderful stay at The View. The room was lovely, very spacious and overlooked the rolling hills, plus it was quiet. The staff were very friendly and attentive and breakfast was delicious and all cooked and prepared to order. We had one evening meal at the pub itself which again, we couldn’t fault. There is so much to do around the area and we will definitely be going back. A true gem of a find!"
