"Check in took over 30 minutes. Long line, slow computer system, very warm and stuffy in lobby. Staff was friendly and room was clean but towels were like sandpaper and had stains. The hot breakfast items were barely eatable. For a new-ish hotel, it was not well built or maintained. "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The maintenance is not the best... Ripped shower curtain and bad patch jobs on walls. Doors don't shut all the way and hard to find a working ice machine. Limited hot water was also a bit rough. Pool area has a lot of potential but had trash floating in it and just seemed to lack upkeep. But the staff made up for it and were extremely helpful and kind!"

"The hotel staff was nice and attentive our whole stay... they offer free/snacks in the late afrernoon early evening and free breakfast (breakfast was great)... rooms are a good size... each come with a living area and separate bedroom... it is very clean but some things are a little outdated but no big deal... i def recommend "

"This is a decent place to stay but overpriced for the cleanliness and comfortability. First of all they do not maintain the rooms. There was something poking out of the floor that we stepped on so we had to wear shoes. The bathroom had not been cleaned good. Towels had dirt/stains on them. No one has cleaned behind the toilet in awhile. The hair dryer had never been cleaned. Most hotels use unlimited liquid soaps/lotions/shampoo and conditioner dispensers now, but not this hotel. The curtains had never been cleaned. The floor was gross. It was not the worst I have stayed at but it was not one I would stay at again."
