"This is a nice, clean, comfortable and convenient motel. But the WiFi connection was impossible to connect to and the response I got from the staff was: I am having the same problem. For the price to stay here I expected to have decent WiFi available . Otherwise, a pretty nice place with a better than average breakfast."

"Enjoyed my stay. Everything was clean and the front desk was very professionally and accommodating. I Truly enjoyed my stay."

"We checked in late and the staff was super nice and very helpful!"

"Noisy a/c. Scratchy sheets."

"There was a pill found under the chair in our room. The heater was so loud that we just turned it off. The curtains wouldn’t shut completely so we had to lay something on them to get them shut so no one could see in. The mattress was very HARD, you could feel all the springs. There was also a big gap in our door. Started out small at the top and got bigger as it went down. The tv would work for a few minutes then go off, and would say weak or no service. "Quiet. Clean. Awesome staff. Will definitely stay here again."

"We loved the view of the river. The staff was kind and helpful. We used the shuttle for picking up and dropping off our rental car and getting to the train station the next morning. Breakfast was very nice but not included. The waiter provided excellent service. The bathroom tub caulking was moldy black and pink along with a slightly moldy bathmat. Both needed replacing. Also the shower head was broken causing uneven flow. There was no microwave which we had in the room in our previous stay....

"The staff were amazing at the Cross lanes , wv location!! Family had several issues traveling and the best part was their early arrival - staff at this location welcomed them and were so wonderful !! It was 2:30am and they were so nice helping them get settled!! Thank you !! The housekeeping staff were phenomenal here & seriously take pride in their work- the kindness alone was something you don't see much anymore. We will always recommend this location to anyone!! Dates they stayed were...

"Remodeling didn't bother my stay. Late check-in without a hitch."

"The room was spacious and well laid out. Beds were comfy as well as the pillows. We didn’t use most of the amenities but they had a lot to offer. The dryers dry well but are very loud and screen like you’re being hunted by a pterodactyl. Try not to get a room on the 3rd floor near the laundry room because the beast can be heard down the hall."
