"The room was clean .Sheets were crisp and comfortable. PILLOWS WERE GOOD. Bathroom was a bit small ,location great especially if you are catching the ferry to Bora Bora ,restaurants and the markets plus the food trucks within walking distance."

Always give your deposit in cash , the deposit with credit card or debit card will take a month to refund, they always say oh its your bank , its not it them !! But other than that this place is a must stay !!"

"The room, called a bungalow, was very tiny, not even enough room for our luggage, which ended up on the floor of the bathroom. No drawers or places to put our things. The shower was unusable since it cycled from hot to cold, over and over and never kept a constant temperature. Had to wash using the sink! Limited parking. Owner was not available. Replacement staff was friendly, but not very knowledgeable. Would not stay there again."

"We love our stay here. It’s honestly the perfect place to stay in Moorea. The staff were so helpful and lovely. Also, it’s amazing that you can wake up and just jump to do some snorkeling. It was the best snorkeling in the entire island. We saw 3 big turtles, an octopus and so many pretty fish plus the water is so calm. Their pina colada’s were also amazing. We highly recommend this place."

"They keep chickens on the property, probably to have fresh eggs. That's fine, BUT they have a couple of roosters. Well, the roosters are literally screaming at 2:30 in the morning non-stop - hard to stay asleep. Ridiculous!"

"I really wanted to give this place high reviews, but unfortunately the great pluses this property has (amazing location right on the water and views) are negated by an overzelous and controling owner. Prepared to be scolded, warned and admonished for many things a paying costumer would not in other stablishments. I.e. do not take the kayak out in the beautiful bay because it could be damaged by the coral..are u serious? Why have a kayak on the property if it cant be used. Or, dont leave the AC...
