"The staff in the evening was great. She did her best to help with the issues that I encountered, namely no hot water. Tried two other rooms and found satisfactory warm water. The next morning watwe was also not hot. Was very disappointed to not have a hot shower after travelling. "

"The staff seem to hide from customers, the breakfast was not the worst ive experienced, but its right down there near the worst. The halls and stairways are dirty, the grounds are not well kept, no remote for our TV, the lamp switches were broken so you had to screw in the light bulb to turn them on.... it goes on like that."

"We were there 4 nights and never had our room serviced {no clean towels or trash emptied}. On Monday there was one person trying to service the breakfast area while answering the phone and manning the front desk. He was doing his best but needed some one else to help. Also the facility is showing signs of age and maintenance is not sufficient"
