"Roaches in the room, staff wouldn’t give enough towels, staff walked in my room without permission & unannounced, and staff tried to stop me from walking into the building as if I was trespassing. Never staying there again & would definitely not recommend it!"

"They do NOT offer a shuttle service to/ from the airport. I called from the airport and asked for one and the reply was “We don’t have a driver.” I asked at the front desk and received the same reply."

"Dirty outside and inside the room, everything inside the rooms is old they need an upgrade, lady in the front was very kind no complaints about that but the hotel needs an upgrade because everything is old and dirty."

"The room has cracks all over the walls. Staff was not available during a disturbance at 3 am. Elevator was out of service. You can tell the bathroom had mold on the ceiling they attempt to wipe away. Not sure how this place has high reviews. We will not be returning."
