"The customer service is excellent and our dinner/staff was excellent as well. Some additional shade and loungers in the pool area would have been better as it was too bright and no loungers for us to enjoy the space. Maybe paint the white walls blue so that it’s not so stark. "On the website it said that the private beach was open starting May (no specified date) but we found out when we got here that it doesn’t open until after we leave (May 22). "Upon arrival the receptionist was offhand to the point of being rude. The room was quite small, no aircon and very basic No kettle, water or drinks facilities . Breakfast was the worst in three weeks all over Italy, comprising mostly cakes, basic orange juice, and some ham and cheese.
