"The restaurant option closes at 8pm. Something the staff did not explain upon check in. The bar doesn’t open till 4pm in the afternoon. Again, something the staff did not explain. They don’t have any vending machines with food options. Seriously so no food on site after 8pm and nothing available to eat. They don’t have vending machines with Beer or Liquor options. There were no towels in the shower area. Yes they give you an Onsen towel and small towel in a tote bag but come on. Have proper towels for the room for when you shower. Lastly, their shuttle service doesn’t run until after the first bus from Hakuba t Nagano runs so we had to take Taxi’s into the town-1.5KM. "

"Location superb, close to jr n tram... lots of shopping n food around. Onsen just ok... amenities ok. We came fr vischoo kyoto, and finf the former bf alit better overall. Overall, its above average"

"Extremely close to Toyama Station which is great when traveling with children. Walking distance to Kansui Park and connected to city by Tram Toyoko inn are like HolidayInn Express, breakfast, basic but great accommodation and convenient. Rooms are a bit small but manageable and amenities are included in case you forgot toothbrush, pijamas, slippers, razor, even laundry."

"It's a stunning hotel from the time you roll towards Hotel Green Plaza. When you get inside, again some wow factors, some very old vintage structural engineering marvels which you have got to appreciate. Ski-in-ski-out lockers for hotel guests are good, access to cortina is right out the door. Buffet breakfast has a good selection, dinner is also good. Can get extremely crowded during peak times. Rooms are nice with a blend of tatami x western style bedding - however mattresses were quite old for our rooms. You can defintely feel a difference after skiing/snowboarding all day. Location is a bit out of the way and buses can skip the resort so you should either have your own vehicle for convenience or need to plan very well for the shuttle bus. Overall we enjoyed or stay "
