"The room we got was a tiny one and hardly have any space left to move after we place the luggage - The carpet was run down -The information on website about 24 hours airport shuttle was a hoax as they just ask you to call taxi - The hotel restaurant is the only eating place which have half of the menu items N/A- the rest pretty expensive and priced based on US rates ( in Uzbakistan !!!)- The basic dine in for two is around 40-50 USD -The water bottles are sold for a price - so; for a airport...

"Highly NOT recommend. No AC. Reception do not answer any call. Dirty bedsheets. Dirty toilet."

"We visited for our first day in Tashkent, we were completely new and we had a hard time communicating with s lot of people here in Tashkent. But the staff was very helpful and we got to store our luggage 3 hours before checking in which gave us a lot of new opportunities. The staff speak well English and are very helpful in any case. We even got the ability to store our luggage even after our stay ended. Thank you so much Noor hotel, it was a pleasure. 10/10 we recommend very much"

"Not 5 star luxury standard, just due to showing it's age. Has the grandeur of 5 star in lobby. Staff were helpful enough, did have issues with room power cut and issues with registration as a tourist but were dealt with by staff."

"The hotel was perfectly adequate. I guess I must’ve been up in the attic, cause there was no window and it was boiling hot all night long. I’m guessing your stay depends on what room you get. AVoid room 10 if possible."

"Excellent option! Particularly if you have any train trips planned. Train station is just a shot from the hotel (10 min walk). The staff is very kind (the young lady at the restaurant at breakfast, legend! She is the best!), and the facilities very handy. Metro and bus stop are near. I would definitely come back."

"The young men at the front desk were amazing. They took the time to help my husband navigate the taxi app. And got our breakfast ready for early morning travel."

"All very very good, but the rooms were not so silent."
