"It was such a relaxing stay! Onsen tub in the room was great! Staffs are super helpful and friendly. They are professional and polite."

"This was the perfect onsen for us! Sleek, modern room with everything we needed, gorgeous view of a lake with hills reflected in it. Staff was very good. The pool is only knee deep, but neato, sauna was nice. They really thought of everything! Close to station and a 15 minute train to Kami Arita for pottery shopping. Should have stayed longer."

"The property is well maintained and appears to have been recently renovated. The rooms are spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the buffet dinner, especially the locally sourced beef. The onsen was also nice, although it was smaller than those at some other onsen hotels. There is one indoor pool and one outdoor pool, so the facilities are relatively limited in size. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable stay with...

"Easy access. 80 minutes by bus from Fukuoka Airport, drop at Ureshino bus center - just cross the road and here you are. Good location. Convenient store and onsen are next to the hotel. Local restaurants, bakery shop are around. Ask hotel's staff for tasty matcha ice cream shop, not far from hotel. Very nice staff. Good in-room facilities, amenities. Good to try onsen, first time in my life and it make me feel really good. The most impressive is food experience. I choose Japanese menu both...
