"A l'arrivée le propriétaire déclare qu'il n'a pas reçus de notification par hotels concernant mes reservations (ce qui n'est pas vraie vu que j'ai déjà reçu un message de l'établissement concernant mes réservations quelques jours avant d'arriver). Manque de professionnalisme pour gérer la situation. J'ai pris contact avec le service clients Hotels afin de payer une deuxième fois sur place les réservations deja près payé sur Hôtels. Remboursement fait par hotel par la suite mais j'ai perdu une...
