"We got our welcome drink (prosecco) warm. Next day, we went to the bar and got white wine which was also warm. Drying rack in our bathroom didn't work. Otherwise the hotel is nice, good location and friendly staff, but at the end it is about the details which were not that great :("

"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel ..."
