We are a family with 2 children, and we stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean. The receptionist was helpful and gave us a special attention with changing the room which was more suitable for our small children. The outdoor jacuzzi was pleasant and with hot water. The breakfast was tasty and equivalent of the properties' star rating. The only negative point was a Monday breakfast when I suppose the hotel occupancy was low, so the breakfast food variety was very reduced and except that the food was from weekend and didn't look fresh. But overall, we enjoyed our stay, and we would return again.

Hotel is maybe a 6/10 Max. Internet is horrible.

Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. I arrived at hotel very tired from long trip the check in fiasco took over an hour.

Het hotel was echt netjes en vriendelijke mensen. Heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt. Alleen het enige minpuntje wat ik vond is dat er geen barretje was in het hotel waar je s’ avonds nog even een drankje kan doen.

Wir haben hier ein schönes und ruhiges Silvester verbracht. Die Innenstadt war gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Spa-Bereich toll. Das Frühstück herausragend. Auch das Umfeld und Parken super. Kinder waren Happy. Leider waren die Betten zu klein und für 4 Personen im Apartment keine ausreichende Schlafmöglichkeit. Schlafsofa deutlich zu schmal und unbequem.

Wir waren als Familie im Crystal Resort in Szklarska Poreba. Grundsätzlich hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt, jedoch waren wir vom Crystal Resort ein wenig enttäuscht für den doch recht hohen Preis. Der äußere erste Eindruck täuscht leider. Unser Zimmer war groß, hatte eine kleine Küche und gut geeignet mit Kindern, da wir zwei Schalfbereiche hatten. Des Weiteren befand sich unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoß gleich neben dem Spielplatz. Ernüchternd war jedoch der Gesamtzustand der Anlage. Hier wird scheinbar nur repariert was zwingend erforderlich ist. Gehwege sind knöcheltief abgesackt, abgebrochene Lampen notdürftig mit Klebeband repariert, der Teppich im gesamten Haus müsste getauscht oder tiefengereinigt werden, die Ladestation von Tesla hatte keine Funktion, u.v.m! Die 4 Sterne-Bezeichnung hat es lange nicht mehr verdient. Unser Elektroauto konnten wir dann aber noch an einer Schukosteckdose laden. Das Frühstück war okay, wenn auch nicht dem Preis gerechtfertigt. Die Servicekräfte schienen neu zu sein und wirkten teilweise unbeholfen. Der viel zu kleine Frühstücksbereich war oft schmutzig und am Buffet wartete man teilweise ewig darauf, dass aufgefüllt wurde. Im Poolbereich ein änliches Bild. Da sich gefühlt niemand kümmert, ist es recht schmutzig. Sicher war es hier mal sehr schön, was auch an der Wandgestaltung zu sehen ist, aber die Fürsorge leidet. Zimmerservice gibt es auch nicht.

This is nice, remotely, located property. It is good for a quiet stay. Amenities are poor. There is a swimming pool. The children's room is very rudimentary. There is no common room open 24/7. Cable TV is very limited

Skønt hotel med atmosfære og fantastisk udsigt

Vi havde nogle fantastiske dage. Vi nød at sidde på altanen i morgensolen og spise morgenmad imens vi kiggede op på bjergene. Det blev også en morgen løbetur med efterfølgende tur i swimmingpoolen og den udendørs jacuzzi, igen med udsigt til bjergene. En rigtig dejlig og afslappende oplevelse.

Wszystko na wysokim poziomie z małym ale..

Hotel nowoczesny, nieco zagmatwany system klatek schodowych i rozkładu pokoi na piętrach. Pokoje ładne i przestronne choc różnią sie miedzy sobą dosc wyraźnie pomimo takiego samego standardu. Pare mankamentów jak zatykające sie zlewy, skrzypiąca podłoga na antresoli czy niebezpiecznie ruchome schody w pokoju. Trzeba pamietać o wywieszeniu plakietki by posprzątano, w innym wypadku wynoszone sa tylko śmieci. Obsługa recepcji bardzo mila i pomocna, niestety restauracja na niskim poziomie, brakuje szefa kuchni co czuc w smaku potraw, a ogólna zła atmosfera przenosi sie również na obsługę kelnerska. Po jednej kolacji zrezygnowaliśmy z wykupu śniadań. Przyjemny basen, super jacuzzi na dworze, usługi spa tez na wysokim poziomie. Ogolnie hotel godny polecenia z kilkoma rzeczami do poprawienia.

Urlaub im Riesengebirge

Wir hatten ein Wellness Wochenende im Riesengebirge gebucht. Das Hotel ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider war der Wellness Bereich sehr klein. Eine Trockensauna (Max. 4 Personen) und eine Dampfsauna. Leider auch nur 8 Liegen im Außenbereich. Die Mitarbeiter an der Reception waren sehr kompetent und freundlich. Die Kellner in den Gaststätten weniger. Das Umfeld des Hotels ist sehr schön und läd zu ausgiebigen Wandertouren ein. Die Restaurants im Ort sind extrem preiswert und gut.

Najlepsze noclegi w Szklarskiej Porębie!

Bardzo przyjemny hotel. Atmosfera domowa. Super basen i spa. Świetna restauracja a szczególnie obsługa. Zresztą całą obsługa hotelowa na najwyższym poziomie.Pokoje czyste że wszystkimi udogodnieniami, jak w domu. Piękny widok na góry. Było super. Miejsce godne polecenia.
