"The staff were so very helpful. I came down with food poisoning the day we arrived (not caused by this hotel). The staff were so kind and offering advice. They told us where the local pharmacy was. "Excellent location and nice staff but the lodge itself fell short. It’s not an eco lodge more a shabby-chic hotel in the desert. There is ZERO internet or cell access so be aware. One thing that was really annoying was the loud music late into evening, as if every guest wants that!? It basically doesn’t know what it wants to be, no credibility as a peaceful eco retreat and not lux enough for a longer stay. Worth a night or two as the location is amazing but not more than that."

"Nous avons réservé une nuit qui nous a été débité. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel on nous a refusé l'entrée sans raison. Le réceptionniste qui se prétendait être le patron était impoli aucun professionnalisme et malhonnête. On a dû prendre un autre hébergement en urgence sinon on dormait dehors. À fuir !!!!! Il a refusé de nous rembourser. Une réclamation auprès d'hôtel.com est en cours. "
