"Guest Service staff was helpful in checking in and arranging the Melaka River Cruise.
F&B & Kitchen staff are helpful and friendly. Even though i ordered room service 5 minutes before their closing time, they agreed to cook and send it over to my room without showing sour face.
Most of the time spend hanging around Melaka so i cant comment much about the hotel.
The rooms are just nice to stay if you are not a fussy type whom just need a room to sleep.

"Not great. We stayed via perfect hosts, who weren’t exactly perfect.
The hotel is tired, with plaster falling off of the walls. When we got to the room the floor was grimy, with marks and dirt. The toilet seat was broken and when I reported this, within 5 minutes of entering the room, no one replied to my messages.
