"staff here are truly so incredible and the property is in a great quiet area, it’s down a smaller road so cars can’t get down but it’s only a 30 second walk from the street so really no big deal. Super nice local area where we felt so welcome and was nice and close to the imperial citadel and lots of great restaurants and we felt really safe and at home in this area. staff were incredibly helpful for helping us book our next bus and also explain the ticket situation for the citadel!"

"Well located to the old city and the market. Outside the busy tourist area - so quieter however fewer choices for eating. Staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was fine (eggs, fruit, bahn, coffee). Rooms were clean, well sized and air con worked well. No complaints at all!"
