Absolutely outstanding staff. Every single employee was kind, courteous, and willing to help with any guest needs. Sandra went out of her way to help my co-worker find his lost phone which had been turned in to Tampere lost and found. I had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The room was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Everything from the lighting to the bedding was high quality and comfortable. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the large windows with views of the city. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the city center, close to the Nokia Arena, and with excellent public transportation nearby. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort and convenience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tampere!

Some hair in the bed sheets but all in all it's a good hotel. Reception was extremely good, nice and helpful. Joined their e-mail spamming list to get presumably better floor. Don't know if that works for real? No minibar but there was a fridge.
