Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Loved the venue for the wedding we attended.
The rainforest backdrop, the food and the staff were exceptional
The room was very clean and staff extremely helpful
The bathroom floor was slippery and the shower extremely slippery. Difficult for us in our 70s
Stayed here for my sister's wedding on Thursday night.
The place itself is amazing the views and atmosphere is great.
The rooms are below where they should be for the price. Holes in the wall mould in the mat in the shower that can't be removed. Holes in the shower walls at the bottom of the wall. Towels had marks on from blood or something I don't even want to think about.
For the amount we paid I expected a hell of a lot more.
Room was nice and very clean. Bed lumpy with mattress needing to be replaced. A little difficult to find the place. Plenty for kids to do so would make a good family place.
Convenient for what we needed, in hindsight should have stayed in disability unit due to my current situation. Otherwise suitable for the time we were there.
Amazing spa rooms, very clean, our group were in 4 different rooms/cabins all were 4plus star.
Only thing non drinkable water, they need to supply more bottles of water in fridge

The location was lovely, but felt a little let down that the resturaunt was closed on our arrival. Rooms were comfortable but had a bad odour. Also found a blood stain on one doona. Other than this we enjoyed our stay.
Very unique property with Adults and children catered for. Also the camping and cabin facilities can cover all family interest. The only thing I think maybe a benefit for all visitors would be more lighting at the road entrance to the property. At night it was very hard to see the entrance on that corner. But don’t worry we plan to return one day in the future. Thanks very much.
