"I was in love with this hotel the first time and subsequently stayed 2 more times for a total of 4 nights. My first room was a corner Japanese style room with lake view. I haven’t seen a more fully staffed hotel, it even has 2 parking staff directing traffic for 30 lots. The hotel has facilities like onsen, laundry, and a convenience store. "Great location beautiful views next to the river and lake and lots of good dining options close by. The onsen was very spacious and a real treat to have a good hot soak after a long day in our feet."
