We understand there was an inconvenience with hot water not being available unexpectedly for a couple of days. Unfortunately, these last minute incidents can happen and we do our best to have them solved as soon as possible and as conditions permit. Sometimes in the area of Guanacaste availability of parts and providers can be limited, affecting our response time. We hope you will be able to visit us in the future and have a different experience. Thank you for your visit.
