"I had a nice stay at the bungalow, the staff is very friendly and helpful, although the English knowledge is limited. They were very kind, gave us fruits and made us a wonderful local breakfast, even didn’t want to charge us for the drinks we ordered. So cute people who hosted us. "Great spot if you want to be away from the busy Tam Coc/ Tran An. Really great tour options, loved our tour guide Thong. Food was ok. Lots of options but quality was average. Make sure you book a room in a cluster with a pool. The spa facilities are very nice. Staff super friendly, place just needs a slight touch up and a stronger menu."

"Excellent hotel and well located. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that there are plenty of geckos/lizards on the walls at night time. Apart from this, I cannot fault this hotel and the staff as it was amazing. From the staff at the gate to reception, they were all very polite and helpful."
