"My stay would have been wonderful if upon check in I wasn’t charged 10 Euros to check in one hour early. The front desk advised me that my room was ready but if I wanted it before 3pm (it was 145pm) I had to pay the 10 Euros which I find absolutely ridiculous and a money grab. It would be different ..."
