"Although we loved the staff, they were super sweet and tried to help in anyway they could, unfortunately our room was dusty, was missing the TV remote and was never cleaned by the cleaning service while we were there (we did not have the do not disturb sign up or any reason why is shouldn’t be cleaned). ..."
