"We recently spent a few unforgettable days at Conrad Koh Samui in a stunning two-bedroom villa, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the staff. "We stayed for 13 nights as a family of 5. Hotel was nice and in a very good location. We had a family room which I did feel was too small for 2x adults and 3x children - there was not enough space to hang all our bits up. Hotel needs a bit of decoration, you can see its getting old. Found room to be a little dirty in the toilet/shower area it needs a proper deep clean. Staff by the pool very good - found the staff around the beach bar a bit miserable. Some could do with some training. Breakfast was nice enough to choose from. We did have a lovely holiday but probably wouldn't return here."

"Room was beautiful and spacious. Loved the bathroom, the rainshower was great, double sinks made getting around an ease. The lighted mirror was helpful. Great amentities, the twice a day cleaning ensured you never needed anything The view was absolutely amazing. The pillows and bed were incredibly comfortable. Staff were very accommodating. "
